Transformice The Helpers! Applications are now closed!

The helpers are players of Transformice that are willing to help users with any questions they may have.
The Helpers were originally created by How. The group was established on September 20th, 2011 and has been running strongly ever since.

Our goal is to help users with their Transformice questions and reduce the amount of whispers Transformice moderators get.

Are helpers official?
They are not an official part of the Transformice staff. 'The Helpers' are currently supported by Cheeseformice, a Transformice fan-site run by Cheeseformice staff. However, The helpers are not considered a part of Cheeseformice staff.

Do you have any special powers?
We have no special powers at all. We only have our secret helper section on CFM forums.

Do I need to be a CFM staff member to become a helper?
Absolutely not! Even a CFM staff member must apply to become a helper.

How can I become a helper?

Is there an age limit to become a helper?
We prefer accepting users that are at least 15+ though this is not a strict rule and we might make exceptions.

I am not 15 years old but I want to be a helper, can I still apply?
Yes, it might be a bit more difficult for you to get accepted. But if your application is impressive and your behavior in game and on the forums is mature, you still have a chance.

I have been banned in game/on the forums. Do I still have a chance to become a helper?
It depends on the problem you have caused. However, if you've received a ban on Cheeseformice or a longer ban on TFM (day+) there if a fair chance you won't get accepted. We will still discuss your application and it depends on the helpers' personal decision.

A helper is very rude to me! What should I do?
Message the helper leader of your community in game or via conversation on Cheeseformice http://cheese.formice.com/forum/conversations/add
Don't forget to explain what happened, provide all screenshots and proofs you have. But please, do not lie just to get a helper in trouble.

I have problems with a leader of a specific community. I have proofs and I think they should be punished. Who do I contact?
Currently, there is only one international leader of all helpers, Sabusha. She's the one that can help you with your leader issues. Message Sabusha, preferably via conversation on Cheeseformice http://cheese.formice.com/forum/conversations/add?to=Sabusha or on IRC channel #Transformice.

Please, remember that the helpers are not perfect and we're not the official staff members. That means we can't know an answer to every question you ask and we might need to discuss together the best answer that should be provided to you.

The helpers are not obliged to answer questions that are not Transformice related.
